The Beacon Atlanta is pleased to welcome Third Street GoodsThe Grant Park Public HouseBalanced Fit Life, Salon Vagabond, Marguerite's Bistro, Churchill Grounds, El Mexicano, Lalabu, Oust, Jena Dost, A Haute Cookie and Pediatric Dentist as the project's founding tenants. These tenants join the tenants who opened in 2016 at the first Beacon Phase including CrossFit Grant Street, Heal Thyself Atlanta, Collegiate Consulting, Wanderlust Coffee, Treehouse Milk, The Nest, Cafe of Life, Covered Nail Bar, ISU Paragon, Shannon Ring, LMT, Wellspring Integrative Psychiatry, Knight & Drews and Pellerin Real Estate. 

 

Third Street Goods

Third Street Goods, a neighborhood market started by two Atlanta bartenders, Kathryn DiMenichi and Holli Medley, occupy a prime 3,400-square-foot space and feature a patio. DiMenichi and Medley discovered The Beacon while searching Atlanta for the perfect location.


The Grant Park Public House

At The Grant Park Public House, wife and husband team Lauren and Chaise Hughes, look to introduce Atlantans to a new game that combines bowling, American football, and Corn Hole: Beacon Ball.


Balanced Fit Life

Balanced Fit Life is bringing its second studio to The Beacon Atlanta. Like at its original location on Confederate Avenue, here work-out enthusiasts can expect a full-service fitness, health and wellness boutique, offering everything from yoga and TRX, to barre and personal training.


Vagabond Salon

Sidney Hollwager, a stylist with more than 25 years of experience, will open Salon Vagabond in a 2,500-square-foot space at the Beacon Atlanta. Hollwager has worked in salons across the U.S. and Canada, including Warren Tricomi and EDRIS salons in NYC, and picked The Beacon Atlanta for his first store because he shares Pellerin's vision.

Oust
